These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TechDone website and any software products or services provided by TechDone (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any TechDone product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or products.
1. Business Overview
TechDone is an independent software business that develops and sells self-hosted and downloadable software products for businesses and developers.
We do not provide hosting, cloud infrastructure, bandwidth, or managed services unless explicitly stated in writing.
2. Nature of Products
All TechDone products are provided as licensed software.
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Procuring and managing their own servers or environments
- Deployment, configuration, and operation of the software
- Security, compliance, and data handling
TechDone does not access or control customer environments by default.
3. License & Usage
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, TechDone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to the license plan purchased.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software
- Offer the software as a hosted or managed service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except as permitted by law
4. Payments & Billing
Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers acting as Merchant of Record.
TechDone:
- Does not process payments directly
- Does not store payment details
- Does not hold customer funds
Pricing and license details are presented at the point of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available separately on our website. Unless otherwise stated, software license purchases are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechDone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
TechDone’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
TechDone may suspend or terminate access to its products if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, all use of the software must cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
