This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TechDone.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital software products:
All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by law.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including:
- Technical failure preventing delivery
- Duplicate charges
- Legal requirements under applicable consumer protection laws
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
